Architectural planning for private residence and workshop. House has 2808 square feet living area with three bedrooms and three baths. Studio is 3056 square feet with a one bedroom/kitchen/living loft on the first floor, and three large working areas on the ground floor. Separate parking garage and storage shed at East end. Both living structures with passive solar design incorporated, in-floor radiant heat, extra high ceilings and five different patio areas. Custom curved aluminum truss system designed and built by Glendon Good.
